Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale
1. Who we are
These terms govern the download, use and purchase of the educational children’s game apps published by Ilugon Educational Games, S.L. (“ilugon”), tax ID (CIF) B42995845, registered office at Calle Padornelo 24, 2.º B, 28050 Madrid (Spain), registered in the Madrid Companies Register, volume 41588, folio 140, sheet M-736826. By downloading or using any of our apps, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the app.
2. Who our apps are for
Our apps are educational games designed for children under 13. Acceptance of these terms, downloads and any purchases must be made by a parent or legal guardian of legal age. We recommend turning on parental purchase controls in your app store.
3. What we offer
Our apps are free to download and include a limited number of levels. A one-time purchase permanently unlocks the full version of that app.
Our apps contain no advertising. Each app’s features, content and device requirements are described on its store listing.
4. Purchases and payment
Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, which charge the payment method on your account. The price, including taxes, is shown before you confirm the purchase.
Your purchase is linked to your store account. You can restore it on other devices signed in to the same account using the app’s “Restore purchases” option or through the store.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right is lost once the content is made available immediately after purchase with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal (Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
Refund requests are handled under the policy of the store where you made the purchase:
- Google Play: from your order history or the Google Play Help Center.
- App Store: at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Warranty and performance
We undertake that each app works as described on its store listing on the supported devices indicated. If the content does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it fixed or, if that is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract under applicable consumer law.
We may release updates to fix bugs, improve the game or adapt it to new operating system versions.
7. Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices for private, non-commercial purposes. All content (characters, illustrations, sounds, music, text and software) belongs to ilugon or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute it, or decompile the app.
8. Liability
ilugon is not liable for damage arising from use of the app contrary to these terms, from device or connection failures, or from app store services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
9. Privacy
How our apps process data is described in our privacy policies: one for our Google Play apps and one for our App Store apps.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date. Changes will not affect purchases already made to your detriment.
11. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims before the courts of your place of residence. For any question or complaint, email us at info@ilugon.com. You may also contact the consumer protection authorities in your country of residence.
