This policy applies to our apps distributed through the App Store, which use no analytics or measurement tools of any kind. Our apps distributed through Google Play do use Firebase Analytics and are covered by their own policy.

What we process and why

In ILUGON we respect the privacy rights and data protection of its users and recognise the importance of protecting their collected personal information.

These apps collect no data at all. The only processing we carry out is of the contact details of anyone who writes to us: we process them on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and we keep the email for as long as we need to reply and to show that we did, after which we delete it.

We comply with Art. 13/14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and we also strive to comply with the best practices worldwide.

Child protection and security

Child protection is our main priority.

We do not collect any personal information from children with our apps.

We do not knowingly contact or do business with children under 13 years of age. If a parent becomes aware that a child under the age of 13 has attempted to contact and/or do business with us, please advise us by email at info@ilugon.com so that we may rectify the situation.

Advertising, third-party sites and use of information

Our apps contain no advertising of any kind.

Our apps do not contain links to third party websites, products, or services.

We do not gather any personal information. We do not give out any personal information to anybody outside our company.

This website does not use cookies and does not run any analytics or third-party scripts. Every resource it loads is served from ilugon.com.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by request by email to info@ilugon.com.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the data protection authority of the country where you live.

Acceptance of this policy

This privacy policy sets out how we handle your privacy. By accessing our website and installing our mobile apps, the user agrees with the practices laid down in this privacy policy. We also advise reading this privacy policy since by allowing your children to use our services you are agreeing to this privacy policy on their behalf.
